Laurent Grenier, philosophe

Laurent Grenier : philosophe né à Paris, France, le 5 janvier 1957, de parents québécois. Sa famille revient au Canada quelques mois après sa naissance.

Il vit présentement à Ottawa, où depuis 40 ans il se consacre à la méditation et à l’étude, ainsi qu’à l'écriture, dans le but de développer un art de vivre et une vision des choses qui rendent le monde à la fois compréhensible et habitable. Son dernier essai « La vie revisitée » marque le couronnement de cet effort.

Laurent Grenier: philosopher born in Paris, France, on January 5, 1957, to Quebec parents. His family returned to Canada a few months after his birth.

Over the last 40 years, he has devoted himself to meditation, study and writing, in an effort to develop an art of living and a vision of things that make the world understandable and habitable. His latest essay, "Life Revisited," marks the culmination of this effort.
